Dear Smith,

Hope you will read this letter in the best of your health. How your days are going on because it is a golden period for you mean holidays. What are you planes regarding holidays? I am assured that you have planned something sensational and creative as usual. I am writing this letter to you for special purpose and want to ask have you some free time now? Actually the staff of organization for which I discharge services has been struck badly by weather.  Almost quarter the strength of my staff has been struck.

I dreadfully need your services and if you are wishing to give your volunteer services for the organization at least for a period of 4 weeks then it would be very kind of you. It will also be an exciting new experience for you and it can’t disturb your activities because I know you have sufficient free time now.

Hoping for a favorable response,

Your loving uncle,

T. Morgano, M.D.
